MODURA began with a simple observation: construction was the last major industry still building things by hand, outdoors, subject to weather and delays. We believed there was a better way — the way cars, airplanes, and electronics are made. In a factory. With precision tooling. With quality control at every step.

Seventeen years later, we operate four factories across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, with a combined annual capacity of 4,000 modules. Our buildings house families, host travelers, and provide workplaces for tens of thousands of people worldwide.
